Environmental Interests in Competition Law

About the project

This research explores the impact of environmental interests on competition law and considers the need for legal reform. Preliminary findings were presented at a conference celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Law Department and are currently working on an article to be published in a special issue of Tímarit Lögréttu (the University’s Law Journal).
